Where do I find information about student ACT scores?

ACT information is generally provided within the high school transcript. Individuals seeking ACT information that is delayed or missing, should contact their high school counselor or ACT at 319-337-1313.

How do I obtain my child's Immunization information?

Individuals seeking a copy of their immunization records must be 18 years old

Important - If the student is under the age of 18, a parent/legal guardian must request the immunization records.

Immunization records can be ordered by clicking here to begin the ordering process.  There is a fee of $1.00 plus a $4.00 convenience fee. Payment can be credit/debit card or money order made out to Aurora Public Schools.  If paying by money order, the order will not be processed until the money order is received.  Please include a copy of the order confirmation when mailing your payment to:

Please note: We do not have immunization records for students who left the Aurora Public Schools District prior to 1992.

What is the turnaround time for records and diploma requests?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process student records orders. Most orders are completed by the APS Student Records Office and received by the requestor or designated recipient within 7-10 business days.

Duplicate diploma requests typically have a four to six week turnaround time.

How old do I need to be to obtain my school transcript and/or records?

Individuals seeking a copy of their high school transcript and/or records must be 18 years old.

What are Age Certificates?

"Age Certificates" shall be issued for school district residents under 18 years of age in compliance with the Colorado Youth Employment Opportunity Act, CRS 1973, 8-12-111. Non District residents must present a birth certificate for proof of age and identity.

Active APS students can obtain an Age Certificate during the school year at their home school in the counseling office. Age Certificates can be obtained from the office of Student Records during the summer break, when school is not in session.

  •  Age Certificates (CRS 1973, 8-12-111)
    •  Issued to any minor needing proof of age for an employer.
    • Proof of age required from the minor. Acceptable evidence shall include the school record, birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport or other documentary evidence.
    •  The minor must appear at the Office of Student Records and sign the certificate before it can be issued. The parent/guardian cannot sign for the student.
